B Host Services DMCC successfully conducted the training courses "Best Face Forward" and “Delivering Quality Guest Service”  in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

A total of 180 participants from the Leylaty Group attended this important course for the hospitality sector.

The purpose of the course was to enhance service delivery and customer experience for the group.

 

During the three-day course, the participants learnt: 

o    To prepare for work and look while on the job,

o    Appearance guidelines for employees working in any department of hospitality.  

o    Determine and exceed Guest expectations

o    Work together to find a solution

o    Follow up to ensure Guest satisfaction

o    Look for opportunities to improve service

 

The participants and the Management offered high praise for the instructor and understanding of the available tools and technologies as well as the approach to the challenges in modern service industry.
