Proficiency in Hospitality Management Certification
Proficiency in Hospitality Management certification (PHM) is the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne's system of recognizing and rewarding executives who constantly upgrade their knowledge and competencies.
The ability to keep up with new developments is proving crucial in today's global knowledge economy, where we are witnessing change at an exponential rate. Employers today favour individuals who show commitment to lifelong learning by upgrading their expertise and keeping pace with industry trends.
For more than a century, EHL has been committed to continuous learning and development through executive education programmes which are delivered on both the EHL campus and in over 35 countries worldwide.
The benefits of PHM:
-
The highest level of recognition for industry executives by the first hotel school in the world. The PHM provides a window of knowledge for the latest changes, developments and trends in the hospitality industry
-
Effective building of competencies via LHC's interactive and participative learning methodologies
-
Associate membership in AEHL (EHL's alumni association), a network of over 25,000 active members in more than 120 countries. Holders of the PHM certification are offered the first three years of membership free of charge
-
Linkage to the LHC Learner Management System, where we keep track of your executive education record for you. If you need a certificate for a potential employer, we will provide documentary evidence of your commitment to lifelong learning.
